I'm not an expert or professional in relation to the use of this product REMO RECOVER but found this easy to use. I recovered 1000's of lost files from a damaged external hard-drive. It was easy to use and worth the small lifetime fee.

Purchased this software in 2016 and used to recover lost data and it did a amazing job. Then almost forgot about it until now when I needed it again in 2020. By this time, I had changed computers and the software earlier key was not working. I contacted the Remo support on Friday late night and surprising, received a very quick response on weekend to sort out the problem. I also had a great recovery once again. Thank you Remo for the wonderful software.

I connected my external hard drive back to the computer, unable to restore/load/retrieve any of the 20k+ photos on it. Nothing worked. They had vanished. I came across remo through googling and not really thinking it could work gave it a go. Currently, my thousands and thousands of pics are saving onto my computer. I cant recommend this enough. The customer support is great too! Such huge amounts of relief this has brought. Thank you remo!

I lost a heap of folders and files, disappeared from OneDrive and were critical to my work. Was so grateful to be able to retreive them. Support provided by the team was exceptional.

I just used the Professional Version for MAC to recover pictures that were lost from a professional photo shoot. The images were recovered and that saved us countless hours of work and a bad reputation and I cannot thank you enough! That is a great product and it is so easy to use!

Remo recovery software has performed flawlessly allowing me to recover my extensive, 2000 plus, digital photo library lost due to a unintentionally reformatted hard drive, as well as 300 pictures from a faulty sd card removed from a trail camera. The software has proved its self to me more than once it was well worth the investment. I would definitely buy it again and would gladly recommend it to anyone.
